Set up your shop
- 1Tap the ⚙ gear icon at the top of the chat.
- 2Enter your shop name and address — they print on every bill.
- 3Upload your logo and set your bill number (e.g. INV-101).
- 4Have GST? Turn GST on and add your GSTIN.

Make a bill by voice or text
- 1Tap the 🎤 mic and speak, or type in the chat box.
- 2Say the customer name, items, quantity and rate.
- 3GST is added automatically. Add a discount if you want.
- 4Tap WhatsApp to share, or download the PDF.

Udhaar Khata
- 1Add the word "udhaar" or "baaki" when you make the bill.
- 2Open Dukaan Register (🧾 icon) → Khata tab to see who owes you.
- 3When the customer pays, tap their name and record the payment.
- 4Tap Remind to send a polite WhatsApp reminder.

Save your customers
- 1Open Dukaan Register (🧾) → Customers tab.
- 2Add the customer's name and mobile number.
- 3Next time, just say the name — the bill goes to their WhatsApp automatically.
- 4Tap any customer to see all their bills and pending udhaar.

Track your stock
- 1Open Dukaan Register (🧾) → Stock tab to add items with rate and GST.
- 2When new stock arrives, just say it in the chat.
- 3Record supplier purchases and payments in the Purchases tab.

Use KashAssist on WhatsApp
- 1Open ⚙ Settings → link your WhatsApp number with the code we send.
- 2Now message KashAssist on WhatsApp just like in the app.
